・原型は50sのヴィンテージスウェットによくみられるハーフジップスウェット。

・ファスナーは40s〜50sのアメリカ製ジッパーを元に復刻をしたuniversal社を使用。
脇下の袖付けの縫製は見頃の切り替えが袖側まで伸びているフリーダムスリーブ。袖口リブも切り替えの無い丸編みパーツをそのまま使用するなど、背景のあるディテールを再現しています。

・スタイリングはTシャツの上に着てのカジュアルスタイルに加え、BDシャツやネクタイをした上に綺麗めに着用をして、トラディションなコーディネートもおすすめです。

・脇にハギ（布地を縫い合わせた部分 ）のないチューブの生地を編み立てて、そのままボディーとして使用することで廃棄する生地を約15%軽減。サイズ別にそれぞれ調整された編み機で、丁寧に編み立てています。
　

• Design Origin
  The base design is inspired by half-zip sweatshirts commonly found in vintage pieces from the 1950s.

• Details & Construction
  The zipper is made by Universal, a company that reproduces classic American zippers from the 1940s to 1950s. The underarm construction features a freedom sleeve, where the body panel extends into the sleeve for greater mobility. Authentic vintage details are faithfully reproduced, including tubular-knit cuffs without seam transitions.

• Styling
  It pairs perfectly with a simple T-shirt for a casual look, or can be styled in a more traditional way over a button-down shirt and tie for a refined, Ivy-inspired outfit.

• Sustainability & Craftsmanship
  The body fabric is tubular-knit with no side seams, reducing fabric waste by approximately 15%. Each size is knitted carefully on machines precisely adjusted to match its dimensions, reflecting both craftsmanship and environmental consideration.

  1970年代初期に生産され、今では希少となった【アズマ編み機】で編み立てられた生地【アズマ起毛裏毛】を採用。
  　
  良質の素材に熟練の職人たちによる感性と経験が加わって、「見た目の美しさ」と「柔らかい肌触り」を兼ね備えた、ふっくらとしたもちもち感のあるヴィンテージ特有のスウェットシャツを再現しています。

  Riding High sweatshirts are crafted in Wakayama, Japan, one of the country’s leading regions for knitwear production.

  The fabric used is Azuma brushed fleece, knitted on the rare Azuma knitting machines that were produced in the early 1970s and are now difficult to find.

  By combining high-quality materials with the sensitivity and expertise of skilled Japanese artisans, the result is a sweatshirt that captures the vintage character of classic pieces—featuring a beautiful surface texture, soft hand feel, and a plump, resilient touch.

  Each size is made using a tubular body construction with no side seams, ensuring both comfort and a refined finish.
